The jacket and the leopard shirt

I love this shirt but it has become boring to me. I didn’t want to wear it by itself today so after some searching in my closet I found a chic black jacket. It has like a boxy type of fit with geometric stitching pattern on it. Putting it with my velvet leggings and my shiny brown pumps brought the outfit together. Perfect for a day of shopping at the outlets! Hopefully I can walk in my heels long enough.

Polka Dots and Faux Fur

Happy Sunday!!!!! Hope everyone is having a great day! My outfit was just thrown together, the faux fur vest dresses it up a little. Like always I like to mix and match colors, prints, and textures. I topped my look off with my new statement necklace. Which I love wearing with basic shirts like this one.

5 More Days Until Christmas

I hope everyone is ready for the holidays!!!! I guess I am, today I did lots of gift shopping and basically went broke. I also did shopping for myself, and not even clothes shopping but for my room. I’m in the process of changing the decor. This is what I wore to shop for today:

Sweater- J. Crew factory
Knee High Socks-American Apparel
Shoes-Old Navy
Purse-Nine West
You know I had always liked that look with the sweater and like a chiffon or feather skirt underneath, something like this:

I tried to achieve that look but of course it did not come out like that.

Here is a close up of my sweater and skirt.

And here is a sneak shot my mom took of me!

Two Colors and a Print

I have been thinking of new ways to wear my houndstooth skirt. I thought about wearing it with a sweater but, the sweaters that are in my closet I don’t think would of suited it well. So going on pinterest for ideas (once in a while I go there for outfit inspiration) and there was a picture of June Ambrose. She has leopard pants on with a pink sweater and a yellow coat. Thinking to myself I liked the idea of a print with two different colors. So I digged through my closet found an old turtleneck that I barely wear (which came in handy) and an old blazer that was my mom’s. To top off the look instead of jewlery I used a plaid bow pin.
